About membership registration

At the Haccome online shop, you can enjoy great perks and benefits by registering as a member.
We will provide detailed information on how to register and about member benefits.

• ・You only need to register your address and delivery details once; you won't need to do so again for future purchases.
• ・You will receive special offers and notifications from the Haccome online shop via email.

How to order

1. Choose a product

Product page

Click on a product of your choice to see the details. Check the product description, price; and options; of your selected items.

Select quantity

Specify the quantity of the item you wish to purchase. After selecting the quantity, click the "Add to Cart" button.

2. Check your cart

Check the items in your shopping cart.

You can see all the items you selected by clicking the "Add to Cart" button will take you to the shopping cart screen.
Please confirm the selected items, quantities, and the total amount.

Modify order details

If you need to change the quantity or remove any items, you can do so on the shopping cart page.

Proceed to purchase

When you are ready to order, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to continue.

3. Enter your information

Member Login / New Registration

If you are already a member, please log in here.
New customers can either register as a member or proceed with the purchase process as a guest.

Enter shipping address information

Enter the shipping address, name, and contact information. If you are a member, your registered information will be displayed automatically, so please review it and proceed.

4. Select your shipping and payment method

Select a shipping method

Please select your delivery method. If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please specify.

Payment Method Selection

Choose your preferred payment method, such as credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

5. Confirmation of your order details

Final confirmation

You will be redirected to the final order confirmation page. Please review the details of your order, including the items, shipping address, payment method, and total amount.

Order Confirmed

If everything looks correct, click the "Confirm Order" button to complete your order.

6. Order complete

Order completion screen

Once your order is successfully completed, an order confirmation number will be shown on the screen. Please check and save this number for your information.

Confirmation email

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you registered. We recommend keeping this email for your records, as it contains details of your order.

About payment

At the Haccome online shop, we accept credit cards, cash on delivery, and bank transfers for payment.

Credit card

Credit card payment is the easiest and most convenient method. During the order process, simply enter your card number, expiration date, security code, etc., to complete your payment easily.

Supported brands: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners.

Shipping Information

Please select your shipping method. If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please set it there.
Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.

• ・Refrigerated items will be shipped via Yamato Transport's Cool Delivery service, which ensures safe temperature control.
• ・A separate shipping fee will be charged for each delivery address, in addition to the product price.
• ・Additional charges may apply for refrigerated delivery exceeding 5kg.
• ・Depending on the packaging, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees.
• ・Even if delivery is not possible due to reasons such as prolonged absence or refusal to accept delivery, shipping fees will still be charged.

Returns and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
