About membership registration

How to order

1. Choose a product

Product page

Click on a product of your choice to see the details. Check the product description, price and available options.

Select quantity

Specify the quantity of the item you wish to purchase. Then, click the "Add to Cart" button.

2. Check your cart

Check the items in your shopping cart.

Clicking the "Add to Cart" button will take you to the shopping page, where you can view all selected items.
Please confirm the selected items, quantities, and total amount.

Modify order details

If you need to change the quantity or remove any items, you can do so on the shopping cart page.

Proceed to purchase

When you are ready to order, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to continue.

3. Enter your information

Member Login / New Registration

If you are already a member, please log in.
New customers can either register as a member or proceed as a guest.

Enter shipping information

Enter the shipping address, name, and contact details. If you are a member, your registered information will be displayed automatically, Please review it before proceeding.

4. Select your shipping and payment method

Select a shipping method

Please choose your delivery method. If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please specify.

Select a payment method

Choose your preferred payment method, such as a credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

5. Review and confirm your order

Final review

You will be redirected to the final order confirmation page. Please review the details of your order, including items, shipping address, payment method, and total amount.

If everything looks correct, click the "Confirm Order" button to complete your purchase.

6. Order complete

About payment

At the Haccome online shop, we accept credit cards, cash on delivery, and bank transfers.

Credit card

Credit card payment is the easiest and most convenient option. During checkout, simply enter your card number, expiration date, security code, to complete your payment.

Accepted Cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners.

Shipping Information

Please select your shipping method. If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please specify it at checkout.
Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.

• ・Refrigerated items are shipped via Yamato Transport's Cool Delivery service to ensure proper temperature control.
• ・Shipping fee are charged for each delivery address, in addition to the product price.
• ・Additional charges may apply for refrigerated shipments exceeding 5kg.
• ・Depending on the packaging, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees.
• ・Even if delivery is not possible due to reasons such as prolonged absence or refusal to accept delivery, shipping fees will still be charged.
